Normas Oficiales Mexicanas de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo
En México, las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas (NOMs) de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo establecen los requisitos obligatorios para prevenir accidentes y garantizar condiciones seguras en los centros de trabajo. Estas regulaciones son emitidas por la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STPS) y deben ser cumplidas por todas las empresas.

En el presente, se encuentran vigentes las normas oficiales mexicanas en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Dichas normas se agrupan en cinco categorías: de seguridad, salud, organización, específicas y de producto. Su aplicación es obligatoria en todo el territorio nacional.
